With thousands of Manufacturing companies that were hit by Covid and having to reduce there forces just to keep the doors open are now rebuilding as we speak. Providing a contract engineer without having to hire Full Time engineers is a great way for them to keep costs down and still have reliable engineers at their disposal. The Post Pandemic rebuild for most Manufacturing companies are directly impacted by Supply Chain issues. If we do our part as engineers to help rebuild the economy and make companies profitable once again by aiding their businesses and helping their suppliers, it will stabilize the Aerospace and Manufacturing sectors.
